DHILLON ADMITTED TO LOUISIANA BAR ASSOCIATION

Derren S. Johnson, principal of the professional law firm of Derren S. Johnson & Associates, APLC, announced that Sharen Dhillon joined the firm as a practicing attorney after being sworn in by the Louisiana Supreme Court and officially admitted to the Louisiana Bar to practice law.  Dhillon graduated Cum Laude from Southern University Law Center in May 2011 where she served on the Moot Court Board and earned the Moot Court Intra-School Competition “Best Brief” Award in 2010.  Dhillon also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing I, Criminal Law, Legal Writing II, Advanced Legal Wriring I and Taxation of Flow-Through Entities.  She was active in Phi Alpha Delta law fraternitiy and the International Law Students Assocation.

Dhillon is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state courts and the U.S. District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Louisiana.
