Mr. Maginn immigrated to the United States from Northern Ireland. He holds a bachelors degree in Social Science from Tulane University, New Orleans, a bachelors degree in Civil Law Studies and a Doctorate degree in Law from Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Baton Rouge. He currently is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association.
